Lotus moved to Hethel in 1966 and marked sixty years there with a family day in 2026. The factory and test track are the obvious landmarks. If you’ve visited, though, you may remember a particular car, a conversation or the drive there more vividly than anything on the itinerary.
That’s the part of the story club members can help preserve. If you have photos from a visit, put a date and a few names beside them. If you still have the paperwork from collecting a car, keep it with the history. A note about what was happening that day can make an otherwise anonymous picture useful.
