If you’re weighing up the Eletre X and the electric Eletre, write down where you actually go for two weeks. Include the days when the car sits by a socket, the trips you do on autopilot and the long run you make often enough to care about. That’s a better starting point than comparing two maximum range figures.

The X became available to order in mainland Europe in June 2026, and Lotus set out more detail in October. Check availability where you live and try both cars if you can. The one that fits your charging routine and feels right on your usual roads is the one worth a longer test drive.
The photo shows the battery-electric Eletre, not the X.
